Hebrews 12:28-29
Whatever you have learned or received or heard from Me, or seen in Me-put into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. Philippians 4:9
Even if you don't understand what God's plan is for your life...Do you believe that God's plan for your life is good? Even when the cold surrounds you? Fogs your vision?
Six more weeks of winter. Brrrr!!!
❤️Come close to the Fire (God).
His love will warm you & will melt the ice. Whether the ice has come from a bad situation, a person or from within yourself...let it go! Before you experience hypothermia! Your heart matters!
❄️Come close to the Fire (Prayer by faith in Jesus Christ-John 14:6-7)
❄️Give all your "ice" to God. Truly let it go. (Matthew 11:25-26 & Philippians 4:4-9)
(ICE=worry, hate, unforgiveness, anger, hopelessness, doubt, insecurity, etc.)
Thirsty? The cold always zaps moisture from our bodies. Drink in God's Word. (Forgiveness, mercy, grace, hope, a new life) It will replenish & warm you.
❄️Still shivering? Quit focusing on the cold & focus on the warmth (Jesus). He's right in front of you.
❄️Feeling the cold on your back? Pray & trust that God has your back..He'll defend you from the cold.
❄️Hungry? Eat the Fruit of God's Spirit (Love, joy, peace, forbearance, patience, gentleness, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, and self-control. See Galatians 5:22-23)
😊So tell me...Are you warm? The cold will come again. So be prepared.
⭐️Never leave the house without God's coat of pure Love, knowing that God is with you wherever you go & will help keep you warm.
⭐️Stay hydrated. (Forgiveness, mercy, grace, hope, faith, belief, etc)
⭐️Take fruit with you to eat & share.
⭐️Take the fire with you, never leave it...it will always give you Light. (The Holy Spirit: you must have Jesus as your Savior to receive this) The Holy Spirit will always help you & others see the Way out of the cold.
Oh, and don't forget to tell your story (testimony) of how you were saved from the cold. Everyone loves to hear a good story (truth).
Love & prayers for you in your journey!
Stay warm!
