Box Barilla Farfalle (small bow tie) Pasta
1/2 bottle of Ken's Steakhouse Northern Light Dressing
16 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (block- cut in small cubes)
1 pkg. Cherub Grape Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
Boil water & cook pasta as directed
Drain Pasta & put in large mixing bowl
Add cubed Mozzarella
Add halved Grape Tomatoes
Add diced cucumber
Mix all ingredients
Add 1/2 bottle of the Dressing (noted above)
Mix gently with rubber spatula until blended
Serve room immediately or cover and chill in refrigerator
