Sprinkle Sprouts with sea salt and black pepper. Allow Sprouts to cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Turn all Sprouts over when flat side is a medium brown color. Then cook Sprouts for 3 more minutes on medium heat
Then lower heat and stir Sprouts. Allow to cook until tender on low heat stirring to prevent Sprouts from burning on one side. Cut 1 TBLS of butter in 8-10 pieces and add to pan. Stir Sprouts to allow each to be slightly coated.
Taste test and cook until Sprouts are tender enough for you. Remove from heat and enjoy!

Try these even if you do not like Brussels Sprouts. I have always tried to like them but never liked the taste or texture. Thanks to our oldest son who made these for his dad & I for dinner one night at his house in a cast iron skillet, I now like (love) Brussels Sprouts made this way!! He showed me how to make them and now I make them often...I have even eaten them for breakfast the last two mornings. I do not have a cast iron skillet but no worries-a non-stick skillet will work. Hope you enjoy this healthy recipe as much as I do❤️
