End this year with a brighter and healthier future by turning away from your darkness (i.e.: worry, fear, doubt, unhealthy choices, insecurity, exuses, etc..) and allowing the Light of Christ to shine brightly in you as you choose to follow God's Way not your own. Join me as we train physically together & train spiritually together with a weekly scripture theme. If we focus only on our physical being or only on our spiritual being we are only 1/2 healthier. May we each seek to be a clean lantern so the Light of Christ shines brightly in us-helping us to break through the dark and see His plans for us are good!
